Bitter Rivals Rules

1. We expect you to speak English
2. Please avoid obscene and explicit discussions.
3. Please treat others with respect and act mature.
4. No donation ratio, we just ask that you donate when someone needs troops.
5. Let a higher-level person donate their troops before you do. This way the person asking will receive the highest level troops possible.
6. Please upgrade offense before defense. This helps with war.
7. Please let us know if you plan to leave for an extended period of time i.e. vacations.
8. Bindle is required for all members. #RealBitterRivals.
9. For new town halls, a good upgrade reference is: [Troops > Heroes > Walls > Defenses].
10. In general, use common sense.

1. Please opt out of war if a hero, spell factory or main barrack is upgrading.
2. You must participate in at least one war a week unless you have worked something out with a leader.
3. New members must sit out the first war and observe how we run things.
4. Your first hits must called on Clash Caller. Second hits are whatever you can 3 star that has been failed by another member. Again, must be specified on Clash Caller. (Please work out cleanup hits with a leader as every war creates a different scenario).
5. Your first hits must be in the first 12 hours of war.
6. You may not loot hit unless authorized by a leader as hits are for war stars, not loot.
7. Only max troops should go into war clan castles. (Or as high-leveled troops that can be obtained at that time).
8. On top of all. Enjoy yourself and have fun! :)

1. Everyone is encouraged to recruit via global.
2. Please look for good/non-rushed town hall 7/8/9s.
3. Once they are in, talk to them to see if they are interested in staying, or seem to be clan hoppers.
4. When a member first joins, you may not donate troops to them for the first hour. This way if they are clan hoppers just trying to get good troops, they will need to wait a full hour for them.
Introduce them to Bindle and our Rules.
5. If they seem to break many of our rules right off the bat, kick them from the clan.

1. The Leader of the clan is ‘Jeff’. During his absence, the Co-Leaders will take over and help out.
2. Co is granted at the Leader’s discretion if they fit the responsibilities.
3. The requirement for Elder is; One month in the clan, 1000+ donations in a season, and/or outstanding behavior both in war and in general. This way we can tell whom the truly dedicated are.

1. There is a no tolerance policy for the usage of 3rd party hacks, bots, or mods. We play fairly and having these clients is not only wrong but takes the fun out of the game.
2. Please no spying on other clans or creating troll bases.
3. No “defenseless” bases allowed.

1. If you are viewed as disruptive by the majority of the clan, you may be kicked.
2. If you consistently slip up on the rules, you will be put on probation and watched. Not necessarily a kick however you need to watch what you are saying.
3. Missing 3 war attacks counts as either a forced optout or a kick based on the circumstance.
4. If you are elder and you do anything that majorly violates the rules, you will be demoted (giving you another chance). If you are a member, you will be kicked.
5. These rules aren’t meant to scare you and think that this is a systematic dictatorship. They are only here to make things run smoother. The majority of the time we will be lenient on the rules and ignore little things here and there. :P
